Bad Parking

Dear Resident

We are appealing to members of the public for any information following an incident of anti-social behaviour that occurred in your area.

📍 Location: Queens Road BD2
📅 Date and Time: 03/11/2025 0917am
📝 Incident Details: FPN ticket issued to vehicle for blocking pavement causing obstruction to pedestrians and wheelchair users or those with prams.

Bad parking will not go unnoticed in the Bolton and Undercliffe ward, any vehicles found to be breaching anti-social behaviours we will take strict action against them wether that be in issuing FPN ( FIXED PENALTY NOTICE) tickets or vehicle sezieures, pavements are not for parking your vehicles they are designated for pedestrians to walk on along with wheelchair users and our parents with prams to stay safe and be able to walk on the pavement not around it and should not have to walk on a busy main road due to bad parking. :

Anti-social behaviour can have a serious impact on the quality of life in our communities. We are committed to identifying those responsible and taking appropriate action.
